My 2021 EQ would not charge or go to ready and the message came up go to dealer. I disconnected off the (240v 13a) charger locked the car and after an hour went back and it started charging then stopped again with the same message etc.
I cleaned the negative terminal of the 12V battery and it is not operating normally again, took a 60% charge and will go to ready and move off - no fault messages.
Has anybody else had this or know how/why this fix worked?
