Finding a coolant pump for the Peugeot e208 in the US

My technician is having trouble locating a coolant pump for the Peugeot e208 in the United States. He has located two overseas, but none of them ship to this country. Any recommendations?

You sure the part number is correct? You can check out eBay, or nearby junkyards; they frequently have networks to find difficult-to-find components both domestically and abroad.

I ran into a similar issue with my Renault last year. Try contacting a Peugeot dealer in Canada, they might have better luck sourcing the part since Peugeot has more presence there than in the U.S. Also, have your technician check with parts brokers who specialize in importing for European models; they can usually get things like coolant pumps through their network. It might take a bit longer, but it’s a reliable route.
