2013 Smart Fortwo won’t Start!!!

So my mom’s 2013 Smart Fortwo Electric has been acting super weird lately. It decided not to start about a week ago and still won’t budge. We already swapped out the battery and tried charging it up, but no luck. Anybody else dealt with this? What did you do to get it going again?
 
sounds like a real pain! If the 12V battery and charging system seem fine, it could be something with the high-voltage system. I’d recommend using an OBD scanner to check for any error codes, sometimes you’ll get a clue about what’s wrong. I had a similar issue, and it turned out to be a faulty HV relay. If you’re comfortable with some DIY, you might save a trip to the dealership.
